Warmly welcome Professor Yu of Jilin University to visit us

Honored to introduce Professor Yu, he is now a professor and doctoral supervisor of School of management, Jilin University. In 1989, he obtained a bachelor's degree in engineering from Jilin University of technology. In 2003 and 2008, he obtained a master's degree and a doctor's degree in management of Jilin University. In 2000, he obtained the qualification of Chinese certified public accountant. He has successively worked in Harbin tractor factory, Changchun Aopu Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., Jilin Amethyst Electronics Co., Ltd., as accountant, financial director and general manager; he has successively taught in Harbin Commercial University and Jilin University. At present, he is also a mentor to many enterprises.

On the afternoon of Friday, October 23, Professor Yu Xu, professor and doctoral supervisor of School of management of Jilin University, came to Chemtour for a visit and guidance. General manager Rebecca and all staff participated in and had a warm exchange.

During the exchange, Professor Yu mainly put forward some reasonable suggestions on the company's talent management and business model. Our employees also discussed with the professor what they were confused about their career planning and goals. Professor Yu also answered for us one by one patiently.

Professor Yu's visit and guidance helped us to have a clearer understanding of our career planning and goals, let the company find its position in the market, and let us find our own positioning in the company. At the same time, we suggested that we should learn to manage time, improve efficiency, and also enhance the communication between various departments of the company We have closer communication and cooperation.
