      Wang Liangyou, Ph.D., Haigui, studied at the Department of Chemistry, Beijing Normal University from September 1989 to July 1993, and his master's and doctoral degrees at the Beijing Academy of Military Medical Sciences in July 1996 and July 2003, respectively.
